Partner / Vendor: Hotels, tour companies, and activity providers that list services on Luxra.

Booking: A reservation made through Luxra.

Platform: The Luxra website, system, and tools.

3. Eligibility

To use our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under parental supervision.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • misuse or interfere with the platform
  • make fraudulent bookings
  • copy, modify, or distribute platform content
  • access data without authorization
  • use the platform for illegal purposes

Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

5. Account Registration

6. Booking Process

A. Role of Luxra

Luxra acts as:

  • a booking facilitator,
  • a technology provider, and
  • in some cases, an intermediary between you and the service provider.

We do NOT own or operate hotels, tours, or activities listed on the platform.

B. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when:

  • you complete the checkout process
  • you receive a confirmation email
  • the service provider accepts your reservation

C. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate listings, but:

  • prices, availability, and descriptions are provided by partners
  • Luxra is not liable for inaccuracies from third-party providers

7. Payments

Luxra accepts secure payments through trusted third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

You agree that:

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking
  • Your bank may apply currency conversion fees
  • Luxra is not responsible for additional charges applied by your financial institution

Payment details are not stored on Luxra servers.

8. Pricing

Luxra reserves the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not change retroactively.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

  • Note whether the booking is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable

Luxra follows the cancellation rules of the respective provider.

Luxra is NOT obligated to refund bookings that fall under the provider’s non-refundable policy.

10. Responsibilities of Service Providers (Partners)

Partners listing on Luxra must:

  • provide accurate descriptions
  • honour all bookings received through Luxra
  • update availability and pricing
  • comply with safety, service, and legal obligations
  • handle customer service related to their services

Luxra is not responsible for disputes between partners and customers.

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate information during booking
  • comply with hotel, tour, and activity rules
  • arrive on time for scheduled services
  • behave respectfully and responsibly
  • use communication channels for lawful purposes

Any damage, misconduct, or violation may result in termination of service without refund.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Luxra, including:

  • logo
  • branding
  • text
  • images
  • design
  • software

is owned by Luxra Travel GmbH or licensed to us.

You may not copy, distribute, or use content without written permission.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Luxra Travel is not liable for:

  • injury, damages, or losses during trips
  • actions or negligence of partners/vendors
  • errors or inaccuracies in listings
  • cancellation or unavailability of services
  • delays or force majeure events
  • lost or stolen belongings

You agree that all travel involves inherent risks.

Luxra’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking.

14. Third-Party Services

Luxra may contain links to external sites.

We are not responsible for:

Use them at your own discretion.
